Sonya Jelly
Community Manager
I'm Sonya Jelly, 22, community manager of Innovators Club — a private circle for those building the future. Born in Italy, shaped by time in the Middle East, I live at the intersection of culture, technology, and ideas. I love when beauty meets intelligence and style meets structure. My energy lives in dialogue, in growth, in precise words and powerful people.
mission
My mission is to create spaces where strong people, bold ideas, and capital converge to shape new industries. I bring together inspiration and structure, beauty and precision — helping ambition take form and vision gain momentum, so that growth becomes not just a goal, but a natural rhythm of life.
what I do
I'm the connector between people, ideas, and opportunities — creating an environment where entrepreneurs, investors, and creators find each other and grow. As a community architect, curator of meaning, opportunity navigator, and bridge between worlds, I unite startups with capital, art with technology, East with West. I sense energy, craft precise connections, shape style, and communicate the values of the club — always staying in tune with subtle trends, from street fashion to venture deals.

believe in the power of precise moments. Everything I do is about connecting meaning, energy, and action. One day before the founder’s birthday in Riga, I received the guest list: 220 people, no structure, no seating plan. I pulled up our community chat, analyzed recent activity, mapped out interests, professional focus areas, and potential overlaps. I tracked who had been quietly following whom, who exchanged DMs, who shared similar ideas but never crossed paths in person. Then I clustered the tables — AI, biotech, founders looking for CTOs, designers curious about product. By morning, every seat had a reason. The next day, the room came alive: one table sparked a joint project, another initiated a pilot. This wasn’t just logistics. It was about making sure everyone sat exactly where they were already meant to be.
